"...The rugged beauty of the Badlands draws visitors from around the world. These striking geologic deposits contain one of the world’s richest fossil beds. Ancient mammals such as the rhino, horse, and saber-toothed cat once roamed here. The park’s 244,000 acres protect an expanse of mixed-grass prairie where bison, bighorn sheep, prairie dogs, and black-footed ferrets live today..."
Giants Build the Ancient Pyramids of Egypt, Evidence Found
"...The question is, why would Governments around the world hide this from the people? To answer this question I turn to Darwin, which takes you to a dead end if you follow this path. Right now scientists are trying to make the world believe we descended from apes, however, Giants were never part of that theory. Add Giants to the mix and what is of Darwin? If the world knew Giants existed and built the pyramids, (which would explain how huge heavy stones were transported 100′s of miles away. And would also display who actually built Stonehenge) then all kinds of questions would arise, like: Where did they come from? Did we descend from Giants? Does Darwin’s actually stand for anything? Have we been here for actually millions of years but not know? What else did they build? Stonehenge? Easter Island? Were they part of Atlantis?..."
Known as Rujm el-Hiri in Arabic, meaning the "stone heap of the wild cat", the complex has five concentric circles, the largest more than 500 feet (152 m) wide, and a massive burial chamber in the middle. Its Hebrew name Gilgal Refaim, or "wheel of giants", refers to an ancient race of giants mentioned in the Bible.
Finally, someone got it right! Pyramids and obelisks were part of an ancient power grid.
Tesla believed that power could be sent through the earth, or between planets.
The Stronghold Unit is co-managed with the Oglala Lakota tribe and includes sites of 1890s Ghost Dances,[5] a former United States Air Force bomb and gunnery range,[6] and Red Shirt Table, the park's highest point at 3,340 feet (1,020 m).[7] Authorized as Badlands National Monument on March 4, 1929, it was not established until January 25, 1939. It was redesignated a national park on November 10, 1978.[8]

Under the Mission 66 plan, the Ben Reifel Visitor Center was constructed for the monument in 1957–58. The park also administers the nearby Minuteman Missile National Historic Site.

The most popular way to see Badlands National Park is from the Loop Drive along Highway 240. This drive skirts the rim of the main Badlands Wall, giving visitors excellent views of the park and the prairies below.

The Badlands Wall is a surreal landscape stretching off into the distance, revealing bleached white soil striped with colored layers below. The layers help tell the story of the Badlands and give clues to what happened there long ago. Once an ancient sea bed, the soil of Badlands is a record of global changes over millions of years. The lighter layers are made up of ash from past volcanic eruptions, the red layers show time periods of heavy erosion and silt. In more recent history, this part of the country was home to the Great Sioux Nation and its seven tribes. The Lakota Sioux that hunted buffalo on these prairies for thousands of years, still co-manage the southern district of Badlands today.

"...The White River Badlands contain the largest assemblage of known late Eocene and Oligocene mammal fossils. Fossil research from the area contributed significantly to the science of vertebrate paleontology in North America, beginning with the description of a titanothere mandible in 1846 by Dr. Hiram Prout. Since then numerous important finds from the area have informed scientists about ancient animals, climates, and ecosystems from different geologic time periods. Oligocene fossil remains include camels, three-toed horses, oreodonts, antelope-like animals, rhinoceroses, deer-like mammals, rabbits, beavers, creodonts, land turtles, rodents and birds..."
