But the ruling's language is forceful and represents a win for civil liberties groups concerned that NSA surveillance is too intrusive.

Leon wrote that the case may be the last court evaluation of the NSA's bulk metadata collection program.

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Flags for Fort Snelling, KARE 11, RBCU, Mall of America, and APi Group teamed up to honor those that have served in the United States Military by raising the funds needed to honor the heroes laid to rest at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery with an American Flag on Memorial Day.

KARE 11's Julie Nelson will emcee the Fallen Soldiers Ceremony at the Mall of America on Friday May 25 at 8 a.m. The ceremony will include keynote speakers from the community, MOA, the National Guard, as well as an official Fallen Soldiers Table ceremony detailing the meaning behind this display. Watch the ceremony on KARE 11's Facebook page and on kare11.com.

The table will remain in the rotunda through Memorial Day for guests to see. The Fallen Soldier Table is traditionally part of military dining-in ceremonies and service balls. It is also a tradition that is part of Memorial Day and Veteran's Day ceremonies.

The Mall of America will continue to host events throughout the Memorial Day weekend. Saturday May 26 will be a day of live music entertainment, Nestle Tollhouse cookie giveaways, red, white + blue themed face painting, meet + greets with mall Security K9s, and many more activities.

Throughout the weekend you can see the Remembering the Minnesota Fallen Wall. Minnesota Survivor Outreach Services brings forward this Tribute to the Troops Wall as a way to help survivors cope with their loss.

On Memorial Day volunteers (already filled the need) will place flags along memorial pathway and at the headstones.

A public ceremony will be held by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at Fort Snelling Cemetery at 10 a.m. Memorial Day.
